4 moves for toned triceps
For me triceps are one of those muscles groups that I want toned. Who else is with me? How many times have you gone to wave HI or Good bye to someone and you notice the “bat wings”. I know I have many times. So lets do something about those bat wings and make them into strong wings. As woman triceps are one of the first of many places to become soft. So I want to share with you these 4 moves for toned triceps. Lets get started!
Dumbbell One Arm Tricep Extension:
Start with arm extended over head then slowly bend your elbow dropping the weight behind your head. Slowly extend your arm back to starting position. 3 sets of 12
Dumbbell floor Press:
Start with laying down with knees bent and both arms straight in the air. Then slowly lower your elbows down to the ground. Press back up to starting position. 3 sets of 12
Standing Dumbbell Tricep Press:
Start with standing with both hands on the dumbbell, extended over your head. Then lower the dumbbell behind your head. Extend your arms back up to starting position. 3 sets of 12
Dumbbell Skull Crushers:
Start by laying on your back and both hand in the air holding onto each end of the dumbbell. Bend your elbows and drop the weight above your head. End by bringing the dumbell back up to starting position. 3 sets of 12
These moves are great to do if you don’t have a lot of equipment around. Also note that working your deltoids and shoulders will help tone up your triceps too. Keep going and don’t give up because those hard days will make you have the most progress. Believe you can do it!
