Clean Eating Weekly Meal Plan

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite weekly meal plans. I get asked all the time what I eat and honestly, I make it! Yes, I do go out to dinner maybe once a month but I do all my cooking at home and I even like it. I know what I am putting into my body and feeding my family with every meal. You will notice I eat a lot of egg whites. The egg whites are a great source of cheap protein. Although the whole egg is good, I don’t like the taste of the yoke. For all my meals I also follow the serving size on all the packaging or I was google the serving size.  You can find all the recipes for the clean eating weekly meal plan on my clean eating Facebook page, Furiously Fit Clean Eating.

 One Week Meal Plan

Monday
B-4 egg whites. 1 serving of oatmeal
S-Rice cakes- 3 plain or 2 with Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
L-Chicken lettuce wrap
S-Greek Yogurt, 10 almond
D-Turkey Strogonoff
S-Veggies

Tuesday
B-3 egg whites. 1 whole wheat english muffin
S-2-3 Protein balls
L-Left over stroganoff
S-Low Fat Cottage cheese with 1/2 fruit of choice 7almonds
D-Chicken Tacos
S-Veggies

Wednesday
B-4 egg whites. 1 serving of oatmeal
S-Greek yogurt with veggies
L-1 Whole wheat english muffin with 2 whole eggs scrambled
S-Cottage Cheese with fruit
D-Pulled chicken sandwhiches with sweet potato fries
S-Veggies

Thursday
B- whole egg 2 egg whites with whole wheat english muffin
S-2-3 protein balls
L-Chicken salad
S-Greek yogurt with 1/2 fruit of choice 7almonds
D-Jambalaya
S-Veggies

Friday
B-Peach cobbler oatmeal (1 serving) with flaxmeal
S-Rice cakes- 3 plain or 2 with Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
L-Tuna lettuce wrap (same as the chicken lettuce wrap but with tuna)
S-Triscuits with Hummus
D-Turkey Burrito with veggies
S-4 egg whites with veggies

Saturday

B-Blueberry oatmeal (1 serving) with flaxmeal
S-Greek yogurt with veggies
L-Tuna Lettuce Wraps
S-Cottage cheese with fruit
D-Lasagna
S-Veggies

Sunday
B-4 egg whites. 1 serving of oatmeal
S-Rice cakes- 3 plain or 2 with Peanut Butter or Almond Butter with apple
L-2 Chicken tenders with veggies, quinoa or brown rice
S-Greek yogurt with 10 almonds
D-Whole wheat English muffin pizzas
S-Low Fat cottage cheese with veggies

You can eat clean and enjoy eating foods you enjoy but in a healthier version.
