Full Body Plank Workout
I love when Crystal comes to visit the blog. She kills me in these workouts and I cannot wait to try this full body plank workout!
A cool fact about me: my record plank time is 10 minutes and 30 seconds. It was the hardest 10 min workout I’ve ever done. I think any kind of plank workout is great because it works your whole body and gives your a stronger core so you can do so much more. I am going to share with you this full body plank workout that I do regularly.
Alternate hand tap: 1 minute
Alternate feet tap: 1 minute
Alternate hand and feet tap: 1 minute
Rest: 1 minute
Repeat: 2-3 times, 4 times for advanced
Make sure you keep good form the entire time. You also want to try to not twist your hips as your doing the taps, engage the core. Think about pulling your belly button into your spine and keep even breathing. One of the most important things to remember is that every day can become better than the last. This is one of those workouts that you can do every day and anywhere, so don’t worry about how you do the first time, instead set a goal that no matter where you are in the world you’ll take the time to do this for your body every day.
