I’m quite in love with Biscoff, so while I hadn’t planned on including it in the build your own breakfast parfait lineup, last minute I couldn’t help but throw this Biscoff Yogurt Parfait in. It’s creamy, and so unexpected. I preferred this one to be layered with bananas and strawberries, but I think that you could try blackberries too. I really liked it with the bananas. Really, truly delicious.


The recipe is below, but in the meantime… nothing sounds good for dinner tonight. Thoughts? Anyone? Bleh, I hate days like today. I’m at a loss.

Stored properly, granola will keep for several months.

  • Granola of choice
  • Fruit of choice, sliced if needed
  • 16 oz Chobani Plain 0% Yogurt
  • 1- 1/2 Cups Biscoff Spread


  1. Mix the yogurt and Biscoff well and set aside.
  2. Layer the yogurt, fruit and granola and serve immediately.
