BLT Dip

Do you have Twitter? Wanna win $250? I thought so. Just enter by tweeting to me how much you would save on your super Bowl Groceries if you had the AMEX blue cash card that gives 3% back with the hashtag #bluecashmeifyoucan

Your tweet should look like this, “@ohsweetbasil I would save (insert amount) on my groceries! #bluecashmeifyoucan”

See? Don’t you think that toasted baguette slices would be better? I do. This dip truly is delicious and I’m excited to see what all of you think.

What Kind of Lettuce Is Most Nutritional?

Leafy greens are great for you.

The darker color of green, the more nutritious.

Kale, spinach, romaine, arugula, and other dark greens are the most nutritious salad greens.

Are Tomatoes Good For You?

Tomatoes are high in antioxidants, which have been linked to reduced risk of heart disease and cancer.

Tomatoes are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin K.

What Kind of Bread Can You Substitute For Baguette?

You could substitute French bread, Italian bread or sour dough bread for a baguette.
