Crispy Chicken Salad

Sometimes you just need a good Crispy Chicken Salad for dinner. No need to plan and cook a meat, veggie and starch, just throw everything together in a bowl and relax for the rest of the evening. You don’t have to even do a crispy chicken, you could substitute a BBQ chicken or just grilled chicken. It would be healthier too, but I specifically felt like having a crispy chicken salad.

The hubs made this for me and I think he did a perfect job. He decided to do a little seasoning salt and pepper in the breading and it added so much yummy flavor to the chicken. The chicken was actually really moist too! Way to go Cade! I love your yummy dinners!!

Are Black Beans Good For You?

Black Beans are packed with fiber and protein.

Black beans also contain a good amount of calcium, iron, potassium, folate, and Vitamin K.

Will Sweet Corn Pop?

Dried sweet corn does not pop.

There are two types of popcorn, — pearl and rice, named for their shapes.

As popcorn kernels heat, the moisture within turns to steam and explodes, effectively turning the kernel inside out.

Do Roma Tomatoes Taste Different?

Roma tomatoes are not as flavorful as other varieties of tomatoes.

Roma tomatoes are known for their chewy flesh and low water content.

The low water content makes roma tomatoes perfect for tomato sauce, roasting or for salads where you don’t want excess moisture.
