Delicious chocolate fudge sauce is the perfect topping for all of your desserts. Or you can just grab a spoon and make the jar of fudge itself your dessert.
—no judgement (fudgement?) here. I’m a fan either way!
It’s Abbey from The Butter Half again, and I am so excited to share this ridiculously easy and amazing fudge sauce with you today!
How do you make chocolate fudge sauce?
You know the saying, “the proof is in the pudding?” Well, I think we need to change it to “the proof is in the fudge.” Not only can I guarantee this is the best fudge sauce you will ever taste, but the pictures prove it too! I mean, look at how smooth and delightful!
All you need to make this sauce is a few simple ingredients and a saucepan. It doesn’t require fancy equipment, and it’s technically a one-pot dessert. (Yes, please, and thank you!)
Yummy desserts to pair with this chocolate fudge sauce
Like I previously mentioned, this fudge can easily be a standalone dessert, but let me share some of my favorite desserts to pair it with! This peppermint brownie pie is calling my name, and isn’t the same without a hefty slathering of fudge. Then we have these fabulous pumpkin cinnamon rolls that are an essential winter comfort food. Or how about drizzling the ooey gooey fudge on top of these rocky road marshmallow cookie bars! Drooling yet? Me too!
Most of all, I love how creamy and smooth this chocolate fudge sauce is. It keeps well in the refrigerator, reheats wonderfully, and it’s full of rich, decadent flavors.
