Want to hear the secret to a good steak, did you know that a patted dry piece of meat grills up better? I learned this trick long ago in a cooking class and have never forgotten it. Pat dry your steak or beef before placing it on the grill or in the pan and it will brown better. I’m also a big fan of bringing it out of the fridge a bit before using it so it’s closer to room temp.
