Franky’s Crispy Chicken, it was spicy, I don’t do spicy. This was ALMOST too much for me and it wasn’t even very spicy. But, the flavor was so yum that I still ate it. My hubs loooved it. I’m going to make wings next. Never done that before, but there’s always a first time for everything. I actually don’t really like wings. I’m a breast girl. (well, that sounds awkward) Anyway, this chicken really is so yummy. If you are not the worlds biggest wimp you may want to cut back on the brown sugar so it’s spicier. Either way, I think you’ll like it.

This all happened because I kept hearing about “Franks” hot sauce. I’d never had it, but apparently a lot of people around here love it. I knew there was no way I could eat it plain. I mean, it’s hot sauce. We already talked about my feelings towards spicy foods. So, I sweetened it and added a crunchy layer to the chicken. A side of mashed potatoes (with no stinkin’ dairy! bah!)and a simple spinach salad. Perfect weeknight meal.

Can Hot Sauce Burn Your Skin?

Hot sauce can not burn your skin.

Hot peppers used in hot sauce cause a burning sensation in your throat and in your eyes, is it gets in the eyes.

But, hot sauce will not actually cause a burn.

Is Chicken Breast Healthier Than Thighs?

Both chicken thighs and breasts are good sources of lean protein.

Chicken thighs and chicken breasts do not differ that much in nutrients.

Fat is what makes the difference.

Chicken breasts have less fat and calories than thighs.
