I am a HUGE football fan, so I am all about the game day food.  Seriously, football parties are a real thing in our house.  Buuuuut, I am also all about nutritious options for both me and my kiddos. I don’t want to walk away from an epic football game feeling all gross and sluggish.  And I also don’t believe that nutritious food has to taste bad or take hours to make.  I have put together 4 amazing, easy and delicious game day snack ideas for you and your family that I know you are going to love and that can be thrown together in minutes!

What are some quick and easy game day snacks for kids?

I know that kids rarely actually sit down to eat during a football game.  Instead, they are running around with friends …. or just plain running around.  Hormel just came out with some new NATURAL CHOICE™ snacks where the cheese and meat are all natural*, delicious and perfect for those on-the-go kiddos that won’t sit still for anything!

Aren’t they the cutest thing?  So they have bite-sized pieces of 100% all natural* meat (turkey, ham or chicken), cheese and a little sweet surprise for dessert (my favorite was the chocolate covered blueberries in the turkey and pepper jack one).  And hey, they would go great as a part of a school lunch or even an after-school snack.  They are brand spankin’ new, so swing by the lunch meat aisle next time you are in the store and check them out!
