Weekly Meal Plan…

My Girlfriend asked a question about the meal plans and it got me thinking that others may need a little direction too. So, here are a few pointers…

*The meal plan is posted Monday in order to allow you to do your grocery shopping all week and then you start the meal plan the next Sunday. That way you have all week to shop the sales and prepare your pantry 😉

*The grocery list is made according to how much the recipe makes. If you have a larger or smaller family it would be a good idea to click the recipe and see if you need to increase or decrease the amounts you are buying.

*The meals do not have to go in the order I type them up. I just try to place things for a little more variety and to use up ingredients.

*Please remember that I don’t know what you already have so I list everything every week. You may need to scratch items from your list.

*Move things around! If you don’t like Pasta With Asparagus then look at one of the other weeks and see if there is a meal you would like to sub.

*Copy and paste the grocery lists all into one document and you’ve got yourself a month long list so you only have to make one trip!
