Will Pretzels Hurt a Dog?
They’re not unhealthy for dogs.
They’re essentially just bread, after all.
But keep in mind that, just like popcorn, unsalted pretzels are much better treats to toss your dog than salted pretzels. If you’re going to share this snack with man’s best friend, go with a no-salt or low-sodium variety.
I was in 7th grade and it was a Monday. It was probably raining, or drizzling, possibly pouring. Yes, those are all different things. You know that if you’re from the PNW- the Pacific Northwest. Pacific jr high was a buzz with activity and I was clueless. The Super Bowl had been the day before but we never watched sports on Sunday so I didn’t know who had won.
Already an awkward 12, almost 13 year old I didn’t want to be laughed at more so I joined in, “yeah, what a game!! Oh that commercial was hilarious!!” I didn’t know what in the heck I was talking about.
Years later and we still don’t watch the super bowl because we try to keep Sunday a special day without those outside distractions, obviously a personal choice. But we do love football so we still eat well that day. We’ve really been enjoying these parmesan herb pretzel nibblers lately. So. Stinking. Easy.
Are Pretzels Vegan?
Its widespread availability makes the pretzel a simple and reliable option for a snack, and this is generally true even for vegans.
However, as some producers add butter or margarine to their dough, you should always ask before eating.

These look so yummy! If I’m using fresh grated Parmesan, would I still use 3 tbsp or maybe a bit more?
Sweet Basil
I’m never opposed to using more parmesan! Another tablespoon should be great! Enjoy!
