Do you read, Sweet Treats and More? She is one of my most favorite people, in fact you may have seen pictures of Deborah from Taste and Tell, Kristy and I all over instagram when she still lived in Utah. We all had such a blast together and I’m so bummed that she moved, but especially because she had her sweet baby boy a week ago. In order to help her I’m over at her site today sharing Peaches N Cream Muffins.

These are perfect for a new mommy. Not only are they carbs (come on nursing moms, you know you are starving with that new baby) but they also have a light sugary topping that’s perfect for keeping kids busy at the table while you take care of baby.

Can Muffins Be Baked Without Paper Liners?

You can bake muffins or cupcakes without paper liners.

Just make sure you use non stick spray on the muffin pans before pouring in the batter.

How Long Will Muffins Keep?

Freshly baked muffins will last for about 1 to 2 days at normal room temperature.

Muffins should be stored in an airtight container, wrapped in plastic wrap, or placed in a zip lock storage bag.

Can You Freeze Muffins?

When freezing muffins, allow to cool completely.

Wrap well in foil or plastic wrap, or place in a freezer bag.

Muffins can be stored frozen for up to 3 months.
