I know you all wont read this post for a few weeks, but I’m going to chat anyway. It’s pouring down rain today and I’m so thrilled. Utah gets snow, wind and heat and not much other than that. I feel like it is such a gift when it rains here, and especially when it comes down like it is today. The sky is dark and cloudy and I can hear that pitter patter on the windows. A rainy day for the Pacific Northwest girl is like Fried Chicken to a southern girl. (I happen to adore our recipe so give that link a try!). It’s totally comforting to me so I had to post a comfort foods recipe. Pepperoni pizza dip cups in case you need a little comfort food too.
Or I guess if you need ideas for the Super Bowl as that’s kind of important too. Cade and I (get ready to faint) actually don’t watch the Super Bowl. GASP! It’s true. We’ve got church on Sunday and although we love football we just don’t choose to watch it that day. Haha, I bet a few of you are just dying. But wait until I tell you the next part, we still eat like it’s a party!
I know, it’s totally ridiculous, but we see all of that good food and the stores are all busting out their best samples so what’s a food blogging family supposed to do, not partake? These pizza dip cups are just like the Ranch Sausage Stars I posted earlier in the week, but I couldn’t help but share this version as it turned out so well too. And you can change it up however you’d like, no sausage but extra pepperoni, add olives, bla bla bla.
And the won tons are baked, not fried so technically it’s a little better for you, right? (Please don’t email me that you gained 50 pounds because I said it was healthier and you thought you could eat 20, haha!)
Does Pepperoni Have to Be Refrigerated?
Pepperoni, whole and unopened, can be stored indefinitely in the refrigerator or up to 6 weeks in the pantry.
After opening, pepperoni should be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Are Won Ton Wrappers and Egg Roll Wrappers The Same?
Won ton wrappers are basically an egg noodle dough.
Won ton wrappers are the same thing as egg roll wrappers.
How Long Will Won Ton Wrappers Keep?
Won ton wrappers will keep for 2 months in the freezer.

Bethany
So do you just use the pizza sauce as a dipping sauce once they’re done? I don’t see it being used in the actual recipe. Thanks!
Sweet Basil
Hi Bethany, you place a little of the mixture, sauce and then cheese and pepperoni in each cup. I made it more obvious in the recipe. Thanks!
