I owe this post to my children and Amanda from Kevin and Amanda. Months ago we saw her instagram with this amazing ritz cracker reese’s s’more and of course I had to try it. It’s amazing. She’s a genius. Then she posted this killer Gooey Ritz Peanut Butter Cup S’mores Bars recipe and good mercy! It looks to die for!

My son is allergic to peanuts. Do you think I can use the mini Rolos on top instead of the peanut butter cups??
Sweet Basil
Absolutely! I think that sounds delicious!

I’m in Canada, Ritz crackers don’t come in tubes here. They’re in boxes. So approx. how many crackers are used? Thanks
Sweet Basil
Almost 30! I’ve never seen them in a box. That’s so crazy how things are sold differently in different places.

These look yum! How much cinnamon do you add to a quarter cup sugar to get the cinnamon sugar? Can’t wait to make these!
Sweet Basil
Thanks for asking! We use 1 tablespoon for every 1/4 cup of sugar
Nancy
When you say 1 1/2 packages of ritz crackers, do you mean 1 1/2 tubes or 1 1/2 boxes?
Sweet Basil
1 1/2 tubes. 🙂 So the paper wrapper tubes, not boxes. THanks for clarifying!
