One last summery salad. I mean, it has been 90 all week! Can you believe that?! My girlfriend, Lisa brought this over right after we had our youngest daughter and I was sold on strawberry kiwi salad forever. It was so ridiculously delicious and totally hit the spot! This is also one of those recipes that you don’t need a ton of ingredients for which is key for me on busy days.
Isn’t it so fresh and lovely? Not nearly enough kiwi gets used in this world. I mean, how many recipes do you have that use kiwis? You see what I mean?
We also love the dressing. It also has raspberries, and I know there’s mustard in there but don’t worry, you cannot taste it. Actually, I don’t really know what that mustard adds, but often a recipe seems off to me, dressings, macaroni and cheese, even ribs and a little ground mustard is exactly what I needed.
You guys do realize I’m a bit of a salad lover don’t you? I mean, I seem to post new salad recipes more than desserts and that definitely says something. You’d never guess it considering how much I hated salad as a kid, but boy have I been sold.
