I was watching a moment of Good Things Utah the other day and they mentioned that people are actually going to the hospital with bristles from their grill brushes in their stomachs. You know, those bristly brushes that you use to scrub the grill clean after grilling. My stomach actually lurched just thinking about one of those bristles getting stuck inside of me. In fact, most of these cases need surgery to remove it. So when to replace grill accessories? Uh, now.

Moral of the story? Choose a good quality grill brush and please replace it once a year!!
