  • 2 1/2 Cups Pineapple Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Onion Diced Fine
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Pepper diced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Pepper diced
  • 1 Jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 1 Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Lime juiced
