Protein No Bake S'mores Energy Bites

These are the BEST Protein No Bake Energy Bites ever! I can't stop eating these Protein No Bake S'mores Energy Bites with graham crackers, chocolate and mini marshmallows!


  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats not quick oats
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1/3 Cup Mini Marshmallows


  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
  • Form into balls (see note) and store in an air tight container in the fridge between snacking.


If the balls aren't forming, try adding a teaspoon more of honey. Store the energy bites in the refrigerator to last longer and help them hold their shape.
