Breakfast Fruit Pizza

  • 3 Cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/8 Cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped nuts I like walnuts, almonds or pecans
  • 1/4 Cup flax seed ground

Mix all ingredients. Stir in & coat thoroughly with:

  • 1/2 Cup Oil walnut, canola, or olive oil work best
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Spread on a cookie sheet with parchment paper on the bottom for pizza, or just a plain cookie sheet for granola.
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.


  • Mix one 8 oz container of Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese (room temp) with 1 and a half containers of yoplait light cinnamon roll yogurt.
  • Add a little extra ground cinnamon to taste.

Breakfast Fruit Pizza

  • Spread topping on cooled granola crust.
  • Arrange cut fruit of your choice on top.
  • Cut and serve.


If you make the granola just for granola, it is very helpful to scrape the granola off the bottom of the pan after it finishes cooking, but before it cools. It will make it easier to get it out.
