Chicken Salad Croissant

  • 1 Roasted Chicken breasts removed and shredded
  • 1/3-1/2 Cup mayonnaise we like a little less so we do 1/3, but if you want more do up to 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Tarragon Leaves if your store doesn't have any just use 1/2 Tablespoon dried and chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Red seedless grapes added these after the picture


  • Mix it all together and serve on a croissant.
  • Usually we don't like grapes in our chicken salad, but it was actually delicious in this.
