Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Wheat Germ
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Sauce plus 1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil plus 1 Teaspoon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup oats instant
  • 1/2 Cup Granola
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup Almonds sliced
  • 3/4 Cup craisins
  • 3/4 Cup Pomegranate Yogurt Bites
  • 3/4 Cup Chocolate Baking chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, powder, salt, and wheat germ together.
  • Stir in apple sauce, coconut oil, brown sugar, and egg.
  • Add oatmeal, granola, cinnamon, nuts and craisins, yogurt bites and white chocolate chips.
  • Place parchment paper in a 9x13" cake pan.
  • Pour in the bars and press flat.
  • Bake 15 min and cool on a rack.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

You can substitute any dried fruit you like, and any chocolate chip!
