Day After Thanksgiving Salad

Ingredients

  • Spinach or Lettuce 1 head
  • 2 Slices of turkey chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 Slices Dubliner Cheese chopped
  • 1/3 cup pomegranates
  • 1/3 cup [brown sugar almonds]

For the Dressing

  • 3 Tablespoons Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Toss all of the ingredients for the salad together.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing and serve with the salad.
  • Enjoy!
