White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Fudge

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cranberries dried
  • 1/2 cup pecans pecans coarsely chopped


  • Line an 8 x 8 square pan with aluminum foil.
  • Spray with baking spray and set aside.
  • In a large sauce pan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt.
  • Stir occasionally until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. (If little bits of chocolate remain, keep stirring. The mixture should be completely smooth.)
  • Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, cranberries and pecans.
  • Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Enjoy!
