Peanut Butter Toffee Apple Dip

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Covered Toffee Bits divided
  • 5-7 Large Apples sliced or bananas


  • Make sure your cream cheese is softened and place it in a medium bowl.
  • Using a handheld mixer, whip until smooth.
  • Add the brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla and beat again until creamy.
  • Fold in the toffee bits, reserving a handful to use as garnish over the top.
  • Serve immediately with sliced apples or bananas, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • If you refrigerate allow it to sit out for a few minutes before serving.
