Heat a pot or dutch oven over medium heat, filled 1/3 full of oil.
Roll out the dough, pressing the seams together.
Sprinkle the cheese and pepperoni on half of the dough, fold the other half over and press gently to seal.
Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 2" rectangles and pinch the dough shut all the way around.
Drop gently into the hot oil, turning once when golden and frying for about 1-2 minutes.
Drain on a paper towel and serve with warmed marinara sauce.
