  • 1 Package Crescent rolls
  • 1 Cup Pepperoni chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • Marinara for dipping
  • Peanut or Canola oil for frying


  • Heat a pot or dutch oven over medium heat, filled 1/3 full of oil.
  • Roll out the dough, pressing the seams together.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and pepperoni on half of the dough, fold the other half over and press gently to seal.
  • Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 2" rectangles and pinch the dough shut all the way around.
  • Drop gently into the hot oil, turning once when golden and frying for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Drain on a paper towel and serve with warmed marinara sauce.
