It's  something you've never had, potatoes in your taco meat, but Mom's Idaho Tacos will totally win you over with how extra hearty and wonderful they are!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Potato shredded
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Thyme
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • Pinch of Salt to taste
  • Tortillas
  • Cheese shredded
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Any other toppings

Instructions

  • Place the ground beef and potato in a pan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with tortillas, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and any other toppings.

Notes

All of this is to our tastes and remember I have to take it easy for baby so you may want to up the spiciness.
