Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Pudding

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cinnamon Chips

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the shortening, brown sugar and white sugar for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time with the mixer on medium low.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, pudding and baking soda.
  • With the mixer on low, slowly add the dry ingredients.
  • Mix until well incorporated.
  • Scoop balls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
