I'm am obsessed with apple fritters. I am obsessed with baked oatmeal. So I mashed the two together in a healthy apple fritter baked oatmeal and it is rockstar status!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 and grease an 8x8" baking dish.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Pour into a baking dish and spread evenly.
2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats ,
2 Eggs,
1 ¾ Cups Milk ,
4 Tablespoons Apple Butter,
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup,
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract,
4 teaspoons Cinnamon ,
Dash Ginger,
Dash Nutmeg,
Dash Allspice,
3/4 teaspoon Salt ,
1 teaspoon Baking Powder ,
1/2 Cup Golden Raisins ,
1 - 1 ½ Cups Minced Dried Apples,
1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Make the glaze.
For the Glaze
Whisk all the ingredients together and set it aside until the baked oatmeal is done. Let it cool slightly and then pour the glaze all over the top.
1 ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar,
3-4 Tablespoons Milk,
Dash Vanilla
Serve with toppings like: a little warm miIk, a dollop of yogurt, fresh berries or just plain.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
