Juicy, sweet pineapple with a brown sugar butter sauce that's grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

peeled and sliced
Instructions
In a bowl, melt the butter at 20-second increments in the microwave.
6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Remove from the microwave and add the brown sugar, stirring quickly to evenly combine (it will take a minute to absorb the sugar).
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Heat a grill to medium high heat and add the pineapple, cooking for a few minutes or until grill marks begin to appear.
1 Fresh Pineapple
Flip and cook again on the other side.
Remove from the grill and quickly brush the butter brown sugar mixture over each side.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Note that we don't core our pineapple when we grill it. It makes it a little firmer and easier to grill when you leave the core in.
Cover left overs and store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
