1pineapple Sliced, I leave the cores in for grilling because they are easier to flip and remove from the grill
1CupBrown Sugargive or take
3/4cupgranulated sugarto 1 cup
Frozen berries of choice
For the Pineapple
Mix the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. This should be a thick mixture, but not as thick as paste. You should be able to taste the cinnamon which means the measurement is not always exact. I just play with it.
Cover each side of the pineapple and let it sit for a few minutes and absorb the mixture.
Place the pineapple on the grill top down. (The top still has the most brown sugar mixture still on it by this point which is why you want to sear it on)
Drizzle more over the top while it's cooking and flip once the grill marks are visible. Usually around 3 minutes or so.
Cook a few more minutes and serve!
For the LimeAid with Frozen Berries
Mix it and add the frozen berries like ice and serve!!
