This recipe is so easy and you could seriously just sit there and eat it with a spoon.
4Kiwipeeled and chopped
1Mangopeeled and chopped
Strawberry, freezer jam is best if you have it
For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips
6 TortillasUncooked, you can buy these at costco or in the cheese section of the grocery store
Add all of the fruit to a large bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and jam and lightly fold everything together.
For the cinnamon sugar chips
Cook the tortillas over medium heat in a pan.
Remove and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and slice into triangles. (we use a pizza cutter or chefs knife to make it go faster).
Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 5-8 min depending on how long they take to crisp (one batch took 10 min for us so I think I must have not pre cooked those very well).
Serve with salsa!!
Use whatever fruit is seasonal to save on your grocery bill and change up the jam accordingly, a peach, or raspberry jam would also be good.*To fry the chips just heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the cooked or uncooked triangles a few at a time, turning constantly, remove to a paper towel lined plate and then dump in a pie plate of cinnamon sugarCover salsa and store in the refrigerator. Chips should be stored in an airtight container.
