Ingredients
Brownies

Box Gingerbread Cake/Cookie Mix
1/2
Cup
Butter
melted
1/4
Cup
plus 1 Tablespoon Evaporated Milk
Frosting
1/4
Cup
Butter
Softened
2
Oz
Cream Cheese
softened
2
Cups
Powdered Sugar
1
Pinch
of Salt
4
Oz
White Chocolate
melted, and slightly cooled
*Milk if needed

Cup
Craisins
chopped (optional)
Instructions
For the Brownies
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, butter and evaporated milk.
Place in an 8x8" baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Frost the brownies and top with chopped craisins.
White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Cream together the cream cheese, butter and white chocolate.
Add the powdered sugar and salt, and mix again.
You may need to add a tablespoon or so of milk to get the perfectly soft frosting.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
