Sprinkle the counter with a little flour and lay the puff pastry out flat.
Use a floured rolling pin to roll the dough out a little more and get rid of the creases from being folded.
Slice the dough into long strips and then into little 1-1/2" pieces.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper.
Place the "nugget" churros on the pan and bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden and baked through.
Remove from the oven and dump into the melted butter in a pie dish.
Toss with a slotted spoon, carefully and dump them into another pie dish with the cinnamon sugar.
Toss to coat and set aside.
For the Dip
Stir the nutella and dulce de leche together.
Heating slightly in a microwave is optional.
Dip and enjoy!
