Mandarin Oranges

Edamame

Large Carrot
julienned
For the Dressing

Tablespoons
Rice Vinegar

Tablespoon
Sugar

Teaspoon
Ground Ginger

Oil

Teaspoon
Soy Sauce

Tablespoon
Mayonnaise

Instructions
Add the greens, edamame, carrots, almonds and oranges into a large bowl and toss to combine.
Layer the chicken breast in thin slices over the top.
For the dressing
Whisk together the dressing ingredients except the oil until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking.
Serve over salad.
