How to Make Steak Without a Grill

Star Olive oil for beef and lamb
Remove the steak from the fridge 10 minutes prior to cooking.
Heat the grill pan to high heat and drizzle a little olive oil in the pan.
Season each side of the steak with season salt and add to the hot pan, quickly turning down to medium heat.
Cook for 6-9 minutes depending on size and if you want medium or well done, flip and cook an additional 6-9 minutes.
Place the meat on a plate, tent with foil and allow to rest for 8 minutes.
