Cucumber Salad with Grapes and Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
2cupsgrapes
2cupsbaby cucumberssliced (we get ours at costco)
2cupsgrape tomatoeshalved
for the dressing
1tablespoonvinegar
2tablespoonscanola oil
2tablespoonslemon juice
1/8teaspoonground ginger
1/2cupstrawberry greek yogurt
2teaspoonspoppy seeds
salt to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients and whisk to combine.
Season with salt to taste.
Toss the cucumbers, grapes and tomatoes in a bowl with a few drizzles of the dressing until well coated but not too much that they are swimming in the dressing.
Chill or serve immediately.
Notes
This can be kept in the fridge one day before serving and will last 2-3 days.
