Power Greens or any dark greens

asparagus
ends chopped off, Plus 2 tablespoons Johnny's Garlic Spread and EVOO
1/2
cup
peas
steamed and cooled

cup
cucumbers
chopped
1
cup
grape tomatoes
chopped
1
cup
grapes
sliced
1
cup
raspberries
1
cup
strawberries
1/2
cup
dubliner cheese
chopped
[Lemon Brown Sugar Almonds]
Pomegranate Dressing
1/2
cup
canola oil
1/4
teaspoon
lemon zest
1/2
cup
pomegranate juice
1/2
cup
lemon juice
1/3
cup
raspberries
1/8
teaspoon
ground ginger
pinch
of salt
Instructions
For the Salad
Heat the grill to medium high heat and toss the asparagus in the olive oil and garlic spread.
Grill until char marks appear and they are tender.
Allow to cool, chop into 1 1/2" pieces and set aside.
Toss all of the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
For the Dressing
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Serve with salad.
Notes
store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks
