fresh from the oven and your kids will too once they try them!

Baking Soda

Cinnamon Chips
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, beat the shortening, brown sugar and white sugar for 3-4 minutes.
Add the eggs, one at a time with the mixer on medium low.
Add the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, pudding and baking soda.
With the mixer on low, slowly add the dry ingredients.
Mix until well incorporated.
Scoop balls onto a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months
