Candied nuts are such a favorite during the winter months, but we just made
candied pretzels
and oh my goodness they are good!!
Ingredients

Cups
Mini Pretzels
1
Egg White
1
Tablespoon
Water
1
Tablespoon
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4
Cup
Sugar
1/2
Cup
Brown Sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg white and water until very foamy, about 1 minute.
In another bowl, stir together the sugars and spice.
In a large bowl, toss together the pretzels and egg white.
Fold in the sugar mixture until everything is coated.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-4 hours.
Store in airtight containers.
