In a saucepan over medium heat, add all of the ingredients, whisking to combine.
Allow the mixture to come to a boil, then turn down to medium low and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until thick.
Once the chicken is done cooking, turn the smoker, a grill or grill plate to high heat and place the chicken on. Grill each side of the chicken until grill marks appear. Remove from the grill directly into the glaze.
Toss to coat and serve immediately.
These wings will keep for 4 days in the refrigerator.
