The BEST Instant Pot Sloppy Joes! Rich and smoky sloppy joe sauce full of tender ground beef, all piled up on buttered buns.

Dijon Mustard

Worcestershire Sauce

Liquid Smoke

Smoked Paprika

Ketchup

Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
Heat up your pressure cooker over medium high heat (Instant Pot): press Sauté button
Add ground beef in pressure cooker. The ground beef will begin to release moisture. At the 5-minute mark, drain & discard the ground beef juice.
Allow ground beef to brown.
Add diced veggies for 2 minutes or until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and the lid with the valve on seal.
Cook on high pressure for 5-8 minutes, allow a 10 minute natural release.
Toast buns and brush with a little melted butter on top
Turn the pot back to sauté for 3-7 minutes on high if it’s too runny
Notes
Sloppy Joes can be frozen for up to 6 months.
