Ingredients
2Eggs, large
Oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat and add a little oil to coat the entire bottom of the pan.
Carefully crack the egg and open it very close and slowly onto the pan.
Allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn over just for a second on the other side. Season and serve.
For sunny side up, allow to cook until completely set on the bottom, slide a fish spatula under the egg coming in from the yolk side and then gently turn over. Allow to cook for another 30-60 seconds, season and serve.
