2 Ingredient Instant Pot Applesauce
A while back I shared our 2 ingredient instant pot applesauce recipe on an instagram story and now I'm sharing it here along with how to can applesauce.
Servings: 2 quart mason jars

Ingredients
- 11 Apples peeled and chopped in large pieces *see note
- 1 1/4 Cup Water
- Sugar if needed up to 3 tablespoons
Instructions
- Places the apples and water in an instant pot.11 Apples, 1 1/4 Cup Water
- Secure the lid and be sure that the valve is set to sealing.
- Set the timer to 8 minutes on high pressure and let the apples cook.
- Once done, vent the apples until the steam stops.
- Remove the apples to a blender or a bowl with an immersion blender and pulse until desired consistency.
- Taste and add a little sugar if needed, we usually don't add any, but occasionally need a tablespoon or two.Sugar if needed
Notes
We prefer a mixture of Honeycrisp and Sweet Tango apples.
Can be refrigerated for up to 10 days.
