Easy Peach Cobbler
Description
In this easy Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix, juicy peaches are tossed in sugar and cooked to a caramel-like sauce nestled under the easiest cobbler topping made from cake mix and butter!
Ingredients
Peach Filling:
- 8 Peaches, peeled and sliced (see note)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
- 4 Tablespoons Cornaby's EZ Gel, or 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Cobbler Topping:
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 14 Tablespoons Butter, unsalted and melted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the peaches into a bowl along with 2 tablespoons butter, brown sugar and EZ Gel. Fold to combine, then turn into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.8 Peaches, 2 Tablespoons Butter, 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, 4 Tablespoons Cornaby's EZ Gel
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over the peaches. Take your melted butter and pour it slowly all over the topping so there is butter everywhere and no powdery cake mix spots left.1 Box Yellow Cake Mix, 14 Tablespoons Butter
- Bake 30-40 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
Notes
- This tastes even better baked in a dutch oven over 8 coals, with 6 coals on top. It will take about 20-30 minutes to bake. Perfect for camping!
