One of my favorite sides and not just because it's easy, it's really delicious and the kids will eat it too!

Honey Roasted Carrots

  • 1 1/4 Pounds Baby Carrots
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper


  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Toss in the carrots and stir to combine.
  • Spread everything on a cooking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and tender.
