This almond joy protein shake is totally healthy but you'd never guess it by how delicious it is! Chocolate Protein, Milk, and some add ins!
Ingredients
1/2CupYogurt, Coconut, Greek
1ScoopProtein Powder, chocolate
1/4CupMilk, skim
1 to 2TablespoonsAlmonds, sliced
1HandfulIce
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
1/2 Cup Yogurt, 1 Scoop Protein Powder, 1/4 Cup Milk, 1 to 2 Tablespoons Almonds, 1 Handful Ice
Drink immediately.
Notes
You can leave out the milk if you want it more like ice creamYou can keep this shake in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours, but reblend before drinking.
