Thinking up quick and easy healthy dinner ideas doesn't have to be a hassle. This Asian Sticky Salmon in Foil is a great way to get in a healthy fish recipe for dinner.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and lay out 4 pieces of foil, 2 stacked on top of each other to make 2 separate packets that are stronger than one piece of foil.
Begin with the Asian Sticky Sauce. Once you have it cooked, set it aside to cool in a small bowl.

Prepare the rub and rub all over the tops and sides of the salmon. Place 2 fillets on each stacked piece of foil so it's 2 pieces in each packet.

Drizzle a little sauce over each fillet.
4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
Fold the ends and sides over the top of the salmon and fold closed.
Place the packets in the oven or on a baking sheet and then in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until 135-145 degrees.
Remove from the oven and gently open the foil so you don't get a burn from the steam.
Drizzle with more sauce, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

You can freeze the salmon with the rub and sauce or after cooking. See notes in the post to read how to freeze salmon. Frozen salmon can be used later in meals.To reheat, put the fish on a rimmed baking sheet and warm it a 275°F oven for about 15 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F to 130°F.
