Instructions
Follow the directions on the back of the box, heating the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the cake, bananas, and egg.
1 Box Krusteaz Coffee Cake,
2/3 Cup Over Ripe Bananas,
1 Large Egg
Place half in a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the crumb topping and then add dolops of the remaining batter on top of the mixture.
Use a knife to drag through the batter, swirling the mixture.
Top with remaining crumb mixture and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Notes
This cake will keep for 3-4 days.
