Instructions
Prepare an 8x8" pan by spraying with nonstick spray then parchment and spray again.
Heat the honey and peanut butter until it begins to boil.
1/2 Cup Honey
Remove from heat and add vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract,
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
Add chia seeds, cherries and pepitas to the cereal in a very large bowl. Pour peanut butter over cereal and mix.
1 Box Post Great Grains Cereal
Press firmly into prepared pan. Cool inthe refrigerator for up to 4 hours before slicing. Sprinkle Maldon Flaked Sea salt on top.
